Position: Junior Recruiter (HR)
Seniority: Junior (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Workload: Full time on site; Monday to Friday 10:30-19:30
Location: Athens (Centre), Greece
Start Date: ASAP (in line with the hired individual's availability)
Type of Employment: Freelance; long-term rolling contract; 23 days PTO & public holidays

The vacancy at hand is a unique opportunity to join the Athens core team at a very exciting time for Pier41 Consulting so the aim is for the individual joining us to participate and enable our organisation's growth, and, in turn, grow personally and professionally with us.
Requirements:
· *Native or near-native level English (verbal & written) is a must*
· Strong communication, organisational, social and time-management skills
· Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
· Self-motivated, career-driven
· Positive mindset, strong work ethic
· Hard-working, composed
· University/College degree or equivalent work experience
· No previous experience within the HR/Recruitment is necessary
· Confident communicating over the phone
· Fluency in a second European language is a bonus
· EU/EFTA citizens only as well as citizens of other countries that are eligible to reside and work in Greece (unfortunately at this stage we are not prepared to be involved in visa/work permit processing due to time constraints)
Responsibilities/Tasks:
Candidate-facing duties: Sourcing, screening/qualification, rate negotiation, full closure, following-up and onboarding of candidates for our clients' live roles. Our candidates are highly specialised professionals from across the EU.
Client-facing duties: Contacting and establishing relationships with new clients (acquisition); liaising and expanding relationships with existing clients (retention). Our clients range from multinational organisations to local IT companies.
Additional duties: Independent research; development of recruitment material; social media engagement; lead generation; database processing; planning; collaboration with other members of the front office and reporting to the back office team
Process:
Upon sending their CVs, successful applicants will receive an initial response within 48 hours and will be invited to a 15-minute interview via phone/skype to be conducted in English as well as, at a secondary stage, an additional 30-minute face-to-face interview in Athens.
